About the artwork
Built the way the old speed-shop plates were built — a limited palette, drawn edges between colors, and coarse halftone doing the work that a smooth gradient would do in a photograph. Look closely at the water and you can see the dots. At the edges they thin out into open marks and then into bare fabric, so the print has no border and no printed square.
