About the artwork
Built over photographs of real boats — hull, motor, paint — then worked up from there. Ink linework underneath, airbrushed color on top, chrome built from hard bands of reflected light rather than a soft grey blur. The print has no border and no rectangle — the water breaks up at the edges and dissolves into the shirt itself, the way a real screen print resolves into cotton.
