Refund policy

Returns

Window. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any item.

Condition. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Items that do not meet this cannot be refunded.

Return shipping. For returns and exchanges — including sizing changes and change of mind — you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.

If we got it wrong. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Email RiverRoosters@outlook.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number, and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. Do not ship anything back until we ask — usually we will not need the item returned, and if we do ask for it, we cover that shipping.

Refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.

Exchanges. For a different size, send us a message through the contact page and we will set up the exchange. Exchanges follow the same condition rules as returns.
